We provide digital education products such as live classes, ebooks, and recorded courses.

Once payment is made and access is given, no refund or cancellation is applicable, because this is a knowledge and skill based service.


Improvement Guarantee

We are fully committed to delivering high value and real transformation.

Noticeable improvement by Day 90:

If you attend sessions regularly and complete the assignments and still don’t experience noticeable improvement in fluency or confidence, you will receive an additional month of support free.

30 Day Promise one-to-one mentoring sessions :

If you complete your first 30 days with sincerity and do not see any improvement, you will get 2 extra one-to-one mentoring sessions at no extra cost.

These guarantees are provided instead of monetary refund.

Our focus is to ensure you grow, not to punish you financially.

We believe support is more valuable than refund for actual transformation.

Refunds are not offered for any of the following:

  • Live classes
  • eBooks / digital downloads
  • Recorded courses
  • Membership or community access fees
  • Special offers and discounted programs
  • One-to-one training

Class Rescheduling

If a class is postponed due to a technical issue or trainer unavailability, a new date or an alternate session will be provided.

Multiple Payments or Technical Errors

If a student is charged more than once due to a payment gateway error, we will process a refund for the extra charge after verification.
The student must share proof (screenshot or transaction ID) within 48 hours.
