These terms are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment for all students.

Enrollment & Payments

• Course fees must be paid in advance to confirm your seat.
• Access to study materials, classes, eBooks and mentorship is provided only after successful payment.

Class Conduct

Students must behave respectfully with the trainer and other learners.
Any abusive, disrespectful or negative behaviour may lead to immediate removal from classes without refund.

Access & Login Sharing

Students are not allowed to:

• Share login access
• Forward class recordings
• Share PDFs or eBooks with others
• Re-upload or distribute training material

All content is for personal use only.
Legal action may be taken against unauthorized sharing.

Schedule & Changes

Class timings, batches, trainers or content may change if necessary.
In such cases, new timings and details will be shared in advance.

Technical Issues

In case of any network, technical or server issue from our side, we will fix it or arrange an alternative class.
For personal internet/device problems, Sui English Academy is not responsible.

Disclaimer

Our courses are designed to help improve communication and English skills.
Results vary based on individual practice and participation.

Agreement

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this policy
  • You agree to all rules, guidelines and policies of Sui English Academy
  • You accept and agree to the No Refund policy mentioned separately
  • Sharing our material publicly or privately is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal without refund.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes in class timings, instructors or content if needed. All updates will be communicated to the students.
