Refund Policy

1. Overview

At SUI English Academy, we're committed to helping every student see real improvement in their spoken English. Rather than a traditional refund model, we back our program with performance guarantees — described below and in our Guarantee section — designed to make sure you get results, not just a payment back. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.

2. No Monetary Refund Policy

Once a student is given access to the live training — including class links, the student group, and/or study material — no monetary refund will be issued. This is because course seats, trainer time, and cohort resources are allocated specifically for you at the point of access. Instead of a refund, eligible students are covered by our result guarantees:

• 90-Day Results Guarantee — if you attend all required sessions and complete the daily practice but don't see significant improvement within 90 days, you'll receive an extra month of coaching at no additional cost.
• 30-Day 1:1 Promise — if you complete your first 30 days of One-to-One sessions with sincerity and don't see improvement, you'll receive 2 additional One-to-One mentoring sessions free of charge.

These guarantees apply only to students who attend at least 80% of live sessions and consistently complete the assigned practice, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Exceptions

• If a technical failure on our end means you never receive access to your enrolled course (for example, access links or credentials were never delivered to you), you are eligible for a full refund or free access, at our discretion.
• If you were charged more than once for the same enrollment due to a payment or technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
• Any other exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. How to Raise a Request

To raise a refund, guarantee claim, or support request, message us on WhatsApp at +91 92501 67119 or email support@suienglishacademy.in. Please include your full name, the email or phone number used at enrollment, your payment reference/transaction ID, and a brief description of your request.

5. Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge all refund and support requests within 2–3 business days. Where a refund is approved under the Exceptions above, it will be processed to your original payment method, and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
