By enrolling in any SUI English Academy program, accessing our website, or making a payment to us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.
Enrollment gives you access to live classes, recordings (where provided), and study material for the duration of your specific program (for example, the 3-month English Fluency Program or the One-to-One coaching track). Classes are delivered online via live sessions, and access details — links, schedules, and group information — will be shared with you after enrollment. Access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.
Course fees are payable as a one-time payment covering the full duration of the enrolled program, at the price displayed at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Prices, offers, and batch schedules may change for future enrollments, but any change will not affect a batch you have already paid for.
Our result guarantees — including the 90-Day Results Guarantee and the 30-Day 1:1 Promise described on this website — apply only to students who attend at least 80% of live sessions and consistently complete the assigned daily practice. Attendance and practice records are used to determine whether a student qualifies for a guarantee. Students who do not meet this attendance threshold are not eligible to claim a guarantee, as consistent participation is essential to achieving the promised results.
All course material — including video lessons, PDFs, worksheets, presentations, and any other resources provided during the program — is the intellectual property of SUI English Academy (or its licensors) and is made available to you for personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share this material, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
We may, from time to time, modify session timings, change a trainer, adjust the batch schedule, or update the curriculum or delivery format, where reasonably necessary for the smooth running of the program. Where possible, we will notify enrolled students of any material change in advance via WhatsApp or email. We also reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We strive to deliver our program as described, but outcomes such as improvement in speaking confidence or fluency depend on individual effort, consistency, and attendance, and cannot be guaranteed for every student outside the specific guarantee terms above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUI English Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including temporary technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party platform outages beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student's access to a course, without refund, in cases of a serious breach of these terms — including sharing of access credentials, redistribution of course material, or abusive conduct toward trainers or other students. A student may stop attending a program at any time; however, this does not entitle the student to a refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your enrollment will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
